Experience the benefit of yoga postures, yogic breathing exercises and meditation in an open and affirming environment for the Queer community.Yes these does include our allies as well!!!No previous experience necessary and bring your yoga mat!we will some extra yoga mats..We will be doing the actual yoga at Rustin's Place, which has plenty of room!
